JEWELRY CARE GUIDE

Accessories are consumables. Even if they are properly maintained, they will inevitably look different from their new condition.

But proper maintenance can extend the service life of jewelry

【925 sterling silver】

  • 925 sterling silver will turn yellow or even black due to oxidation when exposed to air
  • Keep jewelry as dry as possible
  • When wearing sterling silver jewelry, please avoid contact with acidic substances (such as hot springs, sweat, and products with added chemicals)
  • The sterling silver material is relatively soft and may be slightly deformed or bent. Customers can adjust it gently with their fingers.
  • After wearing, use a dry cloth to clean sweat, grease, dirt, etc. on the surface of the jewelry.
  • If oxidation occurs, you can use a silver wipe to wipe the jewelry (we will provide a silver wipe to the customer for all orders containing sterling silver products)

[925 sterling silver gold plated]

  • Please avoid using a silver wipe to wipe gold-plated sterling silver jewelry.
  • Gold-plated products will fade with use and time
  • The rest of the maintenance methods are the same as those for general sterling silver jewelry.

【alloy】

  • Keep dry and avoid contact with water (remove jewelry when washing hands and bathing)
  • Please avoid using silver cloth to wipe alloy jewelry.
  • Alloy jewelry has a shorter lifespan. Avoid wearing the same product every day.
【Pearls and natural stones】
  • Please avoid using silver wipes to wipe pearl and natural stone jewelry.

All jewelry should be placed in zipper bags or storage boxes when not being worn to avoid oxidation caused by long-term exposure to air.

(Accessories of different materials should be stored separately)
