If you find that the product has the following conditions after receiving it, you can apply to us for return or replacement within 3 days of the receipt date.

[Product damaged] The product is damaged

[Incorrect product delivery] The goods received do not match the goods ordered

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

[Incomplete packaging] All accessories and packaging must be consistent with the ones received when returned (complete packaging includes goods, packaging bags, packaging boxes and accessories)

[Man-made damage] If the goods are worn, dirty or damaged due to human problems, or if the returned goods have obvious stains or odors, we will have the right not to return or exchange them.

[Personal reasons] For example, the color is different, it is different from what you imagined, it doesn’t look good, or you bought the wrong product, etc.

[Color Difference] The product will have slight color differences due to the color rendering of different monitors. The color of the product shall prevail.

[Blackening of the ear pins] The blackening is caused by welding at the factory. However, in order to avoid allergic reactions, no plating and brightening treatment is performed. It is not a defect.

[Metal Scratches] Due to friction due to overlapping placement during transportation, it is normal for small scratches, small bumps, and slight paint peeling to occur on the inside of the product.

[Ear needle bending]: 925 sterling silver needles are relatively soft and may sometimes bend under light pressure or external impact, which is normal. [Size Error] The size may have errors due to different measurements. 0.5-1 cm is normal.

[Natural stone products] The following conditions may occur, which are all normal. Natural stones may produce natural cracks/have a cloudy feel or have cotton-like substances/different textures.
