All LEAFBeBe products are shipped directly to Hong Kong by air from Japan, South Korea and other places.

❌We never sell defective products from Taobao/factory orders/foreign trade orders

🌱 Ordering Instructions

Once the order is paid, no changes or cancellations will be allowed (please check the order again before payment)

The default order is [shipping after all goods are received]. If the customer needs to split the order for shipment, please contact customer service

(If the order is over the free shipping amount and the customer chooses to split the order, only free shipping will be charged once)

Due to the large number of orders, no combined orders are available

🌱 Arrival time

Most of the products in this store are [Pre-order]. If the product is not in the [Available Area], it means it is a pre-order product.

Some products are both in stock and available for pre-order. If you need to purchase products in stock, please directly purchase products with the name "in stock". Otherwise, they will be treated as pre-order products.

• [Pre-ordered products] Please wait for 7-28 working days. Some pre-ordered products may take longer to arrive. We will indicate this in the product information column.
• [🇰🇷Korean pre-order products] The order cut-off date is 23:59 every Monday. It is estimated that it will take 7-21 working days after the order cut-off date.
• [🇯🇵Japanese pre-order products] There are two cut-off dates per month (please pay attention to the Instagram story announcement for the cut-off date). It is estimated that it will take 14-28 working days after the cut-off date.
• [Ready-stock products] Shipped within 1-3 working days after order is placed

Some popular brands or products may take longer to order. The actual arrival time is subject to the brand's delivery date (we cannot guarantee the actual arrival time of each product, please forgive us)

🌱Product out of stock

If a product is out of stock, the customer can choose to exchange it for another style or get a full refund for the out-of-stock product (other products in the order will not be refunded)

🌱Return and Exchange Policy

We will check all goods before shipping. If the goods do not have major defects or the goods received do not match the order, we will not provide any return or exchange service.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:

• Since the pictures are provided by the manufacturer, there may be color differences from the actual product due to shooting environment/screen display/color adjustment, etc.
• Slight thread ends/hooks
• The product does not meet your personal expectations

If you need to return or exchange goods, please inform us within three days of receiving the goods.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:
