After placing an order, it means that you have agreed and accepted all the contents of this notice.

🌱 Product source

All LEAFBeBe goods are shipped directly to the port by air from Japan/South Korea and other places.

❌We will never sell Taobao goods/factory orders/foreign trade orders with defective products

🌱 Ordering Instructions

Once the order is completed, no changes or cancellations are allowed (please recheck the order before payment)

The default order for all orders is [shipping after all goods are received]. If the customer needs to split the order for shipment, please contact customer service.

(If the order reaches the free shipping amount and the customer chooses to split the order for shipment, the shipping will only be free once)

Due to the large number of orders, there is no combined order

🌱 Arrival time

Most of the products in our store are [pre-order]. If the product is not in the [spot area], it means it is a pre-order product.

• [Pre-ordered goods] The waiting time ranges from 7 to 21 working days. The arrival period of some pre-ordered goods will be longer. We will indicate this in the product information column.
• [🇰🇷Korean pre-ordered goods] It is expected to take 7-21 working days.
• [🇯🇵Japanese pre-ordered goods] It is expected to take 14-28 working days.
• [Ready stock items] Will be shipped within 1-3 working days after the customer places the order

The ordering time for some popular brands or products may take longer, and the actual arrival time is subject to the shipping date of the brand (we cannot guarantee the actual arrival time of each item, please forgive us)

🌱Item out of stock

If the product is out of stock, the customer can choose to replace it with another style or get a full refund for the out-of-stock product (refunds for other products in the order will not be accepted)

🌱Return and exchange policy

We will inspect all goods before sending them out. If the goods do not have major defects or the goods received do not match the order, we will not provide any return or exchange service.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances:

• Since the pictures are provided by the manufacturer, there may be color differences between them and the actual objects due to the shooting environment/screen display/color grading, etc.
• Slight lint/snatch
• The product does not meet your personal expectations

If customers need to return or exchange goods, please notify us within three days of receiving the goods.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product has been used/washed
• The outer packaging of the product is damaged
